Overview

The French Embassy at Mehmed-bega Kapetanovića Ljubušaka 18 in Sarajevo manages France's relationship with Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ambassador François Delmas leads the mission. France holds deep diplomatic significance for Bosnia-Herzegovina as co-signatory and host of the Dayton-Paris Peace Agreement (December 1995) that ended the Bosnian War — the 30th anniversary was commemorated in December 2025.
