Overview
The Chinese Consulate General in Lagos covers Lagos State and surrounding southwestern Nigerian states. Lagos is Nigeria's commercial capital and largest city, and the primary hub for China-Nigeria trade. Chinese companies are deeply embedded in Lagos's construction, manufacturing, telecommunications and retail sectors. The consulate is open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

Trade & Export Support
Lagos is the commercial gateway for China-Nigeria trade. Chinese electronics, consumer goods, textiles, construction materials and machinery enter Nigeria primarily through Lagos ports. Chinese construction companies are building infrastructure across Lagos and southwestern Nigeria.
